Project Areas:

Tanore Upazila - Kolma Union, Badhair Union, Pachondor Union, Talondo Union, Saranjy Union and Chanduria Union
Godagari Upazila - Godagari Union, Gogram Union, Pakri union, Rishikul Union, Deopara Union and Matikata union.
Charghat Upazila- Charghat, Nimpara, Yousufpur, Via laxmipur, Sroda and Solua union. All upazila and union under Rajshahi district.

Total Project budget: BDT 90,45618

Project goal/objective: By increasing the voice, representation, recognition, and participation of civil society — especially women, youth, and marginalized groups — to influence government decision-making processes, ensure accountability, and take action in response to rights violations.

Objective -1 : To empower women through appropriate capacity building initiatives on leadership to influence climate policy and implement gender responsive climate justice programme.
Objective 2: To create awareness among citizen for increasing youths and women's participation in climate justice efforts for climate vulnerable areas.
Objective 3: To strengthen local civil society organizations for climate policy advocacy through effective coalition, partnerships, networking and capacity building.
Objective 4: To Facilitate generating and sharing knowledge and replicate successful models across diverse contexts for developing a sustainable model on gender responsive community based climate adaption in the climate vulnerable areas of Bangladesh.
